A Rumble in V.A. is one of my first urban fiction read(s). It started well and held my interest throughout, enough that I finished it over a long weekend. Clever plot leads to an explosive ending as we follow "Milk" and his turbulent relationship with his girlfriend turned wife Sabrina through the Tidewater of VA. Lust, betrayal, invalid truths, greed ... it's all about the takeover.
If love is blind then lust has twenty/twenty vision.
