How do you sever connections so fast and seemingly never look back?

There is nothing wrong with living souls, regardless of gender, having few connections, lacking long generational ties, or seeking new ones. For many, the desire for connection stems not from a genuine desire to share but to fulfill their emotional voids.

We should prioritize the quality and depth of our relationships, particularly those with ourselves, over the sheer quantity of connections we maintain with others, expecting them to fill emotional voids.
