I take stock in what is off putting for me when conversing with others. Having that awareness keeps me honest about what and how I communicate. Excluding family, close friends, and living souls I Am comfortable around, those people whom I consider family but ain’t blood — because we are who we are around them.

The spam filtering in Apps is excellent and it delivers most spam items directly to the spam mailbox where they are held for 30 days and then delete themselves once they age out. As false positives are rare, there is no reason to go into the spam mailbox.
As I sit to write this I realize that I enjoy coffee, baked goods and ice cream way too much, however thats another blog post.

I’m in love with silence. There are times when the sounds I love; music, my kids laughter, her voice … are too much for my ears. I Am not unhappy at those times however, with my will directed inwards I seek paths that allow me to get away from everyday “noise” at least some of the time. When I speak of noise I mean chaos, disorder and at times actual auditory noise. This is especially heightened now that my hearing has improved.
